Can I cancel my MLS listing, at anytime, free of charge?

Yes (except when an offer is being procured, negotiated or agreed upon).

The MLS Rules and Regulations do not allow a home to be listed by two (2) different real estate offices, at the same time.  Since you (the Seller) are not allowed to list your home with another real estate office while it is listed with Be Happy! Realty, you must terminate your Listing Agreement with us before re-listing within another real estate office.

You may terminate your Listing Agreement, with us, at any time (except when an offer is being procured, negotiated or agreed upon), by written notice, free of charge.
