How is Be Happy! Realty compensated?

Be Happy! Realty charges you (the Seller) a one time, flat fee to enter and maintain your listing in the Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network, Inc. (MLSpin.com), which is the largest MLS network within the State of Massachusetts.

This fee is fully earned and non-refundable as soon as Be Happy! Realty has submitted your listing to the MLS.

A commission will never be due and paid to Be Happy! Realty.
