Will I ever have to pay a Be Happy! Realty a commission?

No.  Be Happy! Realty will never, under any circumstances, be paid any part of the commission that you (the Seller) are offering to a Buyer’s Agent or Facilitator. 

The entire commission that you have chosen to offer will be paid, in full, to the Buyer’s Agent or Facilitator, who procures a Buyer for you.

A commission will never be due and paid to Be Happy! Realty.
