Can I change, update and correct my MLS listing, as often as necessary, free of charge?

Yes.  After your listing is entered in the MLS, you (the Seller) may change, update or correct any information contained within your listing, as often as necessary, free of charge. 

Your revision and change requests can be easily submitted via our website (my.behappyrealty.com).

Be Happy! Realty will enter all revision and change requests within twenty four (24) hours; based upon the time the written request is received.  Revision and change requests, which were submitted after business hours, are considered to be requested the following business day.
