commission

When is cooperating agent compensation (commission) paid?

Cooperating Agent compensation (commission) is only due (payable) to the Buyer’s Agent’s or Facilitator’s office (not to Be Happy! Realty) when the Deed is recorded (legal ownership is transferred to the Buyer) and considerations ($) is paid to you (the Seller).

A commission will never be due and paid to Be Happy! Realty.
