commission

Is cooperating agent compensation (commission) paid to an Agent personally?

No.  Cooperating agent compensation (commission) is never paid to the agent personally.

Applicable law requires that cooperating agent compensation (commission) due to a cooperating agent must be paid to the agent’s office and not to the agent personally.

Cooperating agent compensation (commission) should be paid by the closing attorney, at time of closing, and listed on the Settlement Statement.

A commission will never be due and paid to Be Happy! Realty.
