What is the “Amazon Store” section of Be Happy! Realty?

While developing Be Happy! Realty, I, Robert K. Corrieri, realized our customers would appreciate access to competitively priced, high quality, real estate marketing supplies (for example, lockboxes, signs and smoke detectors). 

Obviously my wife was against the idea of me purchasing large quantities of these items, warehousing these items in my basement and garage, and purchasing expensive ‘order fulfillment’ software to efficiently manage the shipping and receiving of your orders.  Even if I was able to tackle all of that, most of our customer’s purchases would qualify for “Massachusetts sales tax’, which would probably kill any savings I could realize through “bulk-order” pricing.

My second thought was to partner with an established, web-based, small business that specializes in real estate marketing supplies and refer our customers to them.  However, after perusing this idea, I realized that a better solution existed.  

Instead of partnering with a small business, I could partner with the largest, most respected, web-based retailer on the planet; Amazon.com.  Plus, as an added bonus, Massachusetts residents are not charged sales tax when purchasing from Amazon.com.

So, in my spare time (sometimes for hours on end), I search Amazon.com for the lowest prices on the supplies, tools, and accessories that complement our "Flat Fee" MLS services.  When I identify an item, which I believe represents a “good deal”; I bring that item to your attention by cross-populating it to our "Amazon Store". 

Whenever possible, I highlight items that are “Shipped From” and “Sold By” Amazon.com and that qualify for their “Free Super Saver Shipping”.   However, if necessary, I may utilize “Amazon Approved Third (3rd) Party Sellers”.  Whenever, these third (3rd) party sellers are utilized, I always verify that their “Positive Lifetime Rating” exceeds ninety percent (90%). 

If you identify an item on Amazon.com that you would like to recommend to other Be Happy! Realty customers please send me an email and let me know.   I will promptly include the item on our "Amazon Store".

If, while shopping on our "Amazon Store", you notice that the “Positive Lifetime Rating” of an “Amazon Approved Third (3rd) Party Seller” has dropped below ninety percent (90%) please send me an email and let me know.  I will promptly remove them from our website. 

If, after purchasing an item from our "Amazon Store", you are dissatisfied with the item, please send me an email and let me know.  I will investigate and mostly likely remove the item from our website. 

If, after purchasing an item from our "Amazon Store", you are dissatisfied with the company, which sold the item, please send me an email and let me know.  I will investigate and mostly likely remove all items, which are sold by that company, from our website.      

Basically, it is your marketplace; and I will administrate it.
