Under this listing program, Be Happy! Realty is providing limited representation services. As such, you (the Seller) are responsible for all showing arrangements with Buyers and Buyer Agents, offering negotiations, escrow, settlement and closing. Can I sell my home on my own and pay no commission?
Yes. When you use Be Happy! Realty "Flat Fee" MLS listing ($299) to list your home, you (the Seller) reserve the right to sell your home to a Buyer, who you have procured on your own (without the assistance of a Buyer’s Agent or Facilitator).
In which case, you will not pay a commission to anyone.
A commission will never be due and paid to Be Happy! Realty. |

How long does it take to be listed in the MLS?
Typically, it takes twenty (24) hours to be listed on the MLS.
Be Happy! Realty will submit your (the Seller’s) listing to the MLS within twenty four (24) hours based upon the time we receive the following items:
Without receiving all the proper documentation, with written signature(s), Be Happy! Realty will not enter your listing in the MLS. |
