If, for any reason, you (the Seller) are not satisfied with the services of Be Happy! Realty, and your listing has not been entered into the MLS, Be Happy! Realty will refund your money in full.  Refunds may not exceed the price paid to Be Happy! Realty.  Please allow thirty (30) days for refunds to be processed.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services of Be Happy! Realty, and your listing has been entered into the MLS, Be Happy! Realty is still able to refund your money in full, via Our “Money Back” Guarantee.
