Our “Cancelation” Guarantee

If, for any reason, you (the Seller) feel that you have not received the level of service that you expected, you can terminate your Listing Agreement, with us, at any time (except with an offer is being procured, negotiated or agreed upon), by written notice, free of charge.

If, for any reason, after your property is listed in the MLS, you (the Seller) decide that the “Flat Fee” MLS model is not right for you; and you wish to utilize the services of a “traditional” real estate office (Broker), you can terminate your Listing Agreement, with us, at any time (except with an offer is being procured, negotiated or agreed upon), by written notice, free of charge.
