If, for any reason, after your property is listed in the MLS, you (the Seller) decide that the “Flat Fee” MLS model is not right for you; and you wish to utilize the services of a “traditional” real estate office (Broker), please send us an email; we can help!

If you chose, Be Happy! Realty can refer you to a “traditional” real estate office (Broker) of your choice (except when an offer is being procured, negotiated or agreed upon).  By doing so, you can qualify for our “Money Back” guarantee!

Upon the “traditional” real estate office’s (Broker’s) written acceptance of our referral (an industry standard, real estate referral agreement) and the successful closing of your home with that particular Agency, Be Happy! Realty will provide a full refund of the money you spent for our “Flat Fee” MLS service (the $299 listing fee) and our "Second MLS Category" (the $149 listing fee); if purchased.

In order to qualify for our “Money Back” guarantee, Be Happy! Realty must be the “procuring cause” of the referral.  This means that Be Happy! Realty must contact the “traditional” real estate office (Broker) first.

Simply stated, tell us which “traditional” real estate office (Broker) you want to use to list your home, we will contact them on your behalf, and instruct them to contact you about listing your home.
