Cushman and Wakefield Annual "Game Ball" Award is given annually to the person in the New England area who has done the most to promote teamwork and a winning attitude.

"This year's vote is difficult, since there were only three stellar individual performances in Hartford this year and no unusually outstanding team play: our un-recognized, under-compensated and overworked staff continues to be great, but no more than usual.

This year, Hartford humbly looks to Boston, where there is truly one deserving giant.  I cast my vote for the tallest man in the land, for a man who dwarfs the Prudential Center in his diligence and professionalism, a man whose team spirit and camaraderie are visible from satellite orbital photographs, a man whose commitment spans more area than the Massachusetts Turnpike, a man who is large enough to carry the heavy load of our whole region on his broad shoulders.  The man: a giant named Bob Corrieri."
